Preparation of Standard, General and Project Specifications, Requisitions, Datasheets (Enquiry and Purchase) from pneumatic to intelligent field Instruments, Techno-Commercial recommendations, Approval of Vendor drawings, Inspection at Vendor works.
Techno-Commercial Bid Analysis for the various Instruments. HAZOP review.
Familiar with various international standards BS, IEC, EN, API, ISA, ASME, ISO etc.
Instrumentation Sizing for flow elements, control valves, safety devices with latest available software such as FLOWEL, FIRST-VUE, FSP, CROSBY based on latest International Standards.
Familiar with Software Design tools like INTOOLS (Intergraphics Middle east), CAIES (Bechtel Design tools), OMNI (Cable package), IN-Control (Kvaerner design tool), Engine (Kvaerner design tools).

MAJOR PROJECTS
In Cegelec:
• Working for GASCO, Bu Hasa, ICS Project at Abu Dhabi, Revamping of the existing NGL extraction facility,(Involve in caring out Detail and Design Engineering for existing pneumatic plant commissioned in year 1980 as per SHELL standards using IN Tools package, Site survey, Technical and Commercial evaluation, procurement, inspection & supply of the Instruments, Installation, Construction and Commissioning of the project with Honeywell TPS and FSC system)
With Kvaerner:
• Collaborate on Petroleum product distribution project for Reliance Industries Ltd. Distribution terminals located at various parts of the country to receive, store and despatch petroleum products. (Involved in Designing and Engineering of Terminal Control Systems, metering systems, ATG and MOV systems).
• Collaborate on Integrated Dezgas Conoco project of Syria for Kvaerner Process, Houston, with a capacity of 13 MMscmd of gas to produce LPG mixture and stabilised condensate. This project is expected to increase Syria’s GNP by about 20%. (Involved in Overall Site Supervision & Management of Oil wells, Gas Collection and Compressor Stations, Process Gas Plant).
• Collaborate for Grassroot project of Reliance Industries Ltd., India, producing Fine Chemical RECAT-13. Capacity of 50 kg/day & two lines of 250 kg/day. (Involved in overall Design, basic and detail Engineering, interacted with DCS Vendor -ABB).
• Collaborate on Offshore Project, Ravva Oil & Gas fields (India), for Cairn Energy India Pty. Ltd. located at off Surasaniyanam, Andhra Pradesh (India) Joint Venture between ONGC Ltd., Videocon Petroleum Ltd. and Ravva Oil Singapore. (Detail engineering for Water Injection systems and Compressor Packages, Revamping of CSU, Site Survey)
• Collaborate for world’s largest Grassroot level, Single Stream Refinery of Reliance Petrochemicals Ltd. located at Motikhavdi, Jamnagar (India); Process engineered by Bechtel France and Licensed by U.O.P, U.S.A. (Overall Site exposure, Worked on Bechtel proprietary software packages likes ‘CAIES’ intelligent database system, ‘SETROUTE’ for cable routing and termination.)
• Collaborate on Grass Root DRI (Direct Reduction Iron) plant of Hadeed (Saudi Iron & Steel Company) with a capacity of 140 MT/hr. based on HYL-III process, located at Al-Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Process Licensor being Kvaerner Metals, UK.
• Grass Root Acrylic Fiber Project of Vardhman Acrylics Ltd with a capacity of 16500 TPA located at Jagadia, Gujarat, (India) and Process Licensor being Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Japan.

With Modern Petrofils:
• Grass Root PTA Synthetic Fibre Plant of Modern Petrofils Ltd. with a Capacity of 120TPD located at Bamangam Baroda (India), the Process Licensor being Zimmer, Germany.

Deputations:
• Deputed to Design/Site Office at Jamnagar (India) for 10 months to provide Engineering services to Bechtel - London for carrying Site support activities for Erection and Commissioning of one of the Asia’s biggest refinery.
• Six months Site deputation for Conoco Dez Gas Plant, Syria. Responsible for design, construction and commissioning of Overall project (Five Oil wells, Six Compressor stations & Gas plant).
• Site deputation to Cairn Energy Pty, Surasaniyanam, India for Site survey of upgradation of Crude Unit and addition of Compressor and water injection system.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation and Control from Government College of Engineering, Poona University (India), in 1996, secured ranking position in the University.
Diploma in Instrumentation from B.V.I.T. Bombay (Board of Technical Education) in 1993 secured 2nd place in the Engineering Board
