Experience Summary
Currently working with Netlon India; Division of Parry & Co. Ltd, Baroda as Deputy Manager and heading the technical services department of the company. The company has pioneered the geosynthetics concept in India and is the licensee of Tensar International UK. Heading the Technical services department of the company and looking after the design of GRS-RW (Reinforced Soil Retaining Wall), Reinforced Slopes, Erosion control solution, Gabion Wall design, Flexible Pavement design etc. using British Standard codes and AASHTO codes. Sending design proposal and quotation for to different clients. Dealing with all the applications of the geosynthetics.

Previously, I was working with Vagale Design & Development Consultants, Bangalore as a Civil Engineer from June ’96 to April ’98 and preparing estimation and costing of residential, commercial and group housing projects, Bill checking, supervision of various projects & constructions work undertaken by the company, Carry out AUTOCAD civil engineering drawings

Academic Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering(Civil Engineering) in 1996 from Birla Institute Of Technology, Mesra,Ranchi.

Current Status :
Currently in Baroda, Gujarat working on mainly two critical projects of GRS-RW for National Highway Authority of India.

Geosynthetic Skill Sets:
· Designing of GRS-RW using different International codes mainly BS 8006:1995, AASHTO.
· Designing flexible pavement using AASHTO code.
· Designing Nonwoven Geotextile Drainage/filteration
