SUMMARY : -
The objective of this project was to study interface between different systems of the FORD ESCORT CAR and develop the programs to streamline vehicle layout and functions of the sub system; designing of various components of the transmission, suspension, fuel, brake systems and engine to understand the product development system.

Project # 2 : DESIGN AND MODELING OF GEARBOX CASE

SUMMARY:
The purpose of this project was to re-mastering the gearbox case and assembly of gearbox components by using CAD packages CATIA V5. The input available was 2D prints from which we had developed the intelligent model and taken to the thermal analysis.

Project # 3 : PAPER CUTTING MACHINE COMPONENTS

Duration : 6 months

Summary : -
This was the first project offered by the SGCC France as a pilot project for reprogramming and redesigning the components by using the CAD like CATIA.
We successfully completed the project and we got further orders from SGCC. The input available was sample model.

Project # 4 : Impeller Casing
Client : KSB Pumps, Chennai, INDIA
Duration : 3 months (Nov 2000 to Jan 2001)

Summary : -
The objective of this project was program to rebuild new impeller casing by using CATIA V5. The input available was the old impeller casing. With the help of CMM (Co-ordinate measuring machine) we got the dimensions of old model. Then by using dimensions we built new model with implementation of modification, which were desired in new casing.
