Description : This Software is developed to understand in-dept, each and every member of organization
and their views on the organization.It is also felt that the employees have to be
carried through the entire process of reorientation so that they clearly understand
their role in the process and are comfortable to accept any change in the organization.
Hence the need to conduct an organizational climate survey online to receive from the
employees their views,opinions and needs on various aspects related to work,compensation,
performance, working conditions etc. so that all strategies could be evolved around that.

Title : Sujhav- "Open Your Mind" Pop-Up

Description : This software is developed with a title "Sujhav- Open Your Mind" in ESSAR STEEL
with a view to bring out the latent ideas in employees and use these ideas for the betterment of the product,process
and the organization in a larger perspective.Sofware is developed as a pop-up
which is appears on the screen of every computer whenever any employed logs in,
prompting them to post a 'Sujhav' on-line.Using this software all employees
contribute to the betterment of the organization and actively support it in its
journey towards continuous improvement through Employee involvement.

Description : This Project is developed to provide Emailing Facility and Conducting
Online Test in Intranet of the Oxford Institutions, JPNagar, Bangalore.
All Intranet users are given IDs.These users can send and receive mails
each other.All mails are stored in Email Server. All incoming mails are
stored in corresponding mailboxes. They can Login to this Server and can
retrieve their mails.Online testing is another module in this project
which can be used to conduct Online Tests in Intranet.
