Job Profile:
 Presently working as a pricing analyst in PTR section of Amadeus Support Department in RDM India Pvt. Ltd. A PTR(Problem Tracking Record) is an entity that tracks down the root of any discrepancy relating to pricing or display of the fares in the Amadeus CRS and its database worldwide. A PTR is originated when an end user of the Amadeus CRS , which comprises of more than two hundred airlines and several help desks and travel agents across the globe , raise it when they come across a problem or a discrepancy in the display or pricing of a fare or a group of fares. My job responsibility includes.
o To investigate if the problem is coming from wrong coding of data by the vendor or from wrong processing of data by Amadeus or by the wrong interpretation of data by the user , and to provide a possible solution.
o To liaise with the airlines & ATPCo. And instruct them how to file the fares correctly if the problem is coming from the wrong coding.
o To provide assistance to the participating airlines of Amadeus regarding RBD discrepancy in filing of fares.
 Also worked as a prorator in prorate department in RDM India Pvt. Ltd. Proration is a process of calculation of revenue when interlining is involved. My job responsibility was proration of flight coupons on sampling basis by auditing the flight coupons and checking the fares in CRS Amadeus & ATPCo. And processing the documents through SIRAX system.
 Also responsible for maintenance and update of Fares Division Manual.(It is a web based application , which is used as a reference purpose and contains instructions regarding work and several training manuals.)
 Member of the QC team. Responsible for QC for the coding of rules for vendor LSS and Amadeus.
Special Achievement
 Conceptualized and developed “ Fares Division Manual “ . It is a web based application comprising of more than two hundred web pages and several power point presentations for training and instruction purpose. Currently working on development of fares training manual.
