Project Description
:
This System is useful for measuring Tensile Strength of Material like Plastic. Here we use two sensors for Load and Deflection. 1000Kg Load cell for load measurement, And Encoder ( 1000 ppr ) for Deflection measurement. By using ADC IC 7109, we convert analog data to digital data which is coming from Load Cell. By using Encoder we take digital Pulses to the Micro Controller Interrupt pin for reading the Displacement. Both values are displaying on Panel by using IC 8279. At the same time both digital values transmitted through Micro Controller to RS232 port of PC. After completing the test of particular sample, it gives final Result values like Break Load, Break Elongation, Peak Load and Peak Elongation and Calculate the Tensile Strength of Material by pressing appropriate key which are on Panel. It also gives Printing facility for numeric Results. UTM’s DC Motor controlled by Micro Controller & proper Opto -isolation Relay drive circuit. Received data of Load and deflection on PC, we manipulate the data and plot the characteristics of Particular sample using Window Based Software (VC++). The system also communicates with PC with standard RS 232 interface through serial port of PC.

Project Description
:
This Data Acquisition System we have completed various parameters like, Suction Pressure Indicator, Delivery Pressure Indicator, Differential Pressure Indicator, Speed Indicator, ALEN 485 Load Manager etc. The software part of this pump test system ONLINE as well as OFFLINE using Visual C ++6.0 Platform. We used the Fisher Rosemount Sensors for sensing Pressure of liquid. From these sensor we get Analog Data which are given to the Instrumentation Amplifier. This Amplified Analog Data converted into Digital Data by using ADC IC 7135 and corresponding value displayed on seven segment display. Also this amplified Analog Data fed to ADAM 4017 (Advantech Data Acquisition Module) RS485 Module for Serial Communication. For Serial Communication with PC ADAM 4520 Module connected, which is converted RS485 to RS232 and communicates with standard RS 232 interface through serial port of PC. We manipulate the data and plot the Characteristics of Particular pressure using Window Based Software (VC++) for Pump Test System.

This is Data Acquisition System(DAS) for maintaining the level of Water using Stepper Motor. In this system we used PCL-225 144 I/O line card for displaying the Level indicated, and the System is controlling the Stepper Motor through I/O Card. In this system we used a multi-turn Potentiometer which is mounted on the top of the tank coupling with Stepper Motor, Here we used this potentiometer as a Input Sensor and this Sensor gives Output 0 to 5 Volt D.C. which is converted into Digital Data by PCL-207 ADC Card. The programming part of this system developed in Turbo C package.
