Development and revision of standards, specifications, general instructions, and plant procedures for all aspects of design, purchase, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of process instrumentation and systems. Review of design packages prepared by others for major refinery projects for conformance to standards.

 Experience with gas detection and other analytical techniques viz: chromatography, FTNIR, NIR, UV-Vis and infrared spectrometry, 02, moisture, sulfur, gas chromatography, air and water quality monitoring, and physical property analyzers.
