· Integration of Motorola BTS (Incell,Excell,M-cell,Microcell and Horizon Macro)
· Fault rectification and restoration at BTS, BSC and XCDR level (Motorola)

Period: June 01- December 2001

I was the lead in Indoor Building Maintenance for Operation and Maintenance Department.
Managing all the VIP complaint at all Indoor building in Klang Valley.
Resolving all the poor coverage issues at Petronas Twin Tower Kuala Lumpur.
Worked closely with RF and Optimization team to obtain spectacular network quality.
Performed walk test using TEMS Investigation and resolving all the bad coverage issues.
Performing VSWR test for passive repeaters. Performing power level test using power meter for active repeater system. Maintained MIKOM and LGCELL active repeaters.
Performed hands on training for technician towards troubleshooting faults in Indoor situation.

Below are the tasks, which were carried out during Preventive Maintenance:

Period: June 98 – August 2000.

Lead in Preventive Maintenance. Handling technicians for Preventive Maintenance roll out. Preparations of master schedule for site roll out. Managing technicians to conduct PM at site. Coordinating contractors to carry out civil work at site. Coordinating contractors to carry out Tower, Structure and Grounding Preventive maintenance.
Managing spares logistics for contractors and technicians.
Preparing weekly reports on PM roll out.
Scheduling re-visits to sites, which are due to, captured alarms. Involved in ISO 9002 documentation. Represented Preventive Maintenance team for documentation purpose.

Project : Project ANI(Accelerated Network Improvement)
Period : February 01 – June 01:
Task : Performing network clean up as always recommended
Solving quality related problems at BTS sites due to high path imbalance and high
MA. Performing antenna replacement, recalibration of carriers and replacement of faulty hardware’s.
Conduct antenna change exercise from 85 deg beam width to 65 deg beam width.
Perform antenna orientation (Antenna tilting and antenna azimuth) to update CPT (Cell Planning Tool).
Involve in IOS (Intelligent Optimization System) in Klang Valley, Malaysia with Motorola personal to retune radio frequencies.
Worked closely with RF and Optimization Engineers to improve network quality.

Project : Project Get Well
Period : August 00 – Dec 00:
Task : Performing site clean up as always recommended
Worked with British Telecom Consultant and Motorola personnel’s for this project. Scheduling and planning of site roll out.
Conducting antenna validation check by using FDR and TDR meter.
Conducting antenna orientation (azimuth and tilt) due to down grade of coverage. Managing logistics to be used at site. Scheduling contractors for site roll out.Carry out grounding cable verification on all the feeder cable, antenna, and equipment inside an outside BTS cabin.
