4. Polyester Plants in TURKEY for “M/s. SASA”, producing Textile / Bottle Grade Chips / Staple Fibre and Polyester Yarn (POY) with methanol / glycol / Tri-Ethylene Glycol recovery units, Master Batch Injection system to produce colored staple fibre.

5. The present plant for which I am working today is coming up at “JIANGYIN”, CHINA. The Plant will be designed to produce textile/Bottle Grade Polyester Chips, Polyester Staple Fibre.
The likely supplier for staple machine will be either M/S. DUPONT or M/S. EMS INVENTA.
The Fibre Line is likely to be from M/S. FLEISSNER.
6. The Plant Capacities Handled :
Continuous Esterification and polymerization Facility – from 180 TPD to 330 TPD. Common Esterification from 180 TPD to 660 TPD feeding to two polymerization lines of 330 TPD each at 660 TPD capacity.
I have extensive experience in both “DMT” and “TPA” route Polyester Plants.

I. Assignment Abroad :
 Deputed to CHEMTEX, USA in Nov. 1991 for one month duration for design Review meeting.
 Deputed to “GAOUNZHOU” CHINA for project meeting.
 Deputed to ADANA, TURKEY twice during the course of project for Design Review meeting.
 Deputed to MILAN, ITALY for six month to assist clients in their procurement activities. During this period I had opportunity to discuss with various EUROPEAN VENDORS and understand the EUROPEAN RULES AND REGULATIONS for safety, Pollution and Effluent control points of view. The Plant design was in strict accordance with ITALIAN STATOYR requirements.
