Description of the Project: Alstom Paharpur unit posses lot of eqipment. These
Instruments are used for different production purposes
and measurement quality of the instrument is critical.
they need to calibrate these instruments on a regular
basis. Apart from this unit runs a calibration business,
they receive equipments from other units and do the
calibration on a chargeable basis. Tracking of the cali-
bration due dates and maintenance of calibration
history is purely manual in nature.They want to auto-
mate it for foolproof tracking.

2. Project name: Cadbury Schweppes PROBE
Document Title: Invoice Report
Description of the Project: The credit department and trade spend administrators
Require an Invoice report to assist them in processing
Customer claims and to reconcile pricing variances.
The user will have the option to select a layout that
Will only display detailed item information. The
Invoice header detail report will show all invoices(so-
rted by sold to) and their total charged for a specific
period of time for a specified customer or for all
customers assigned to a specified customer level 3.
The detailed Item report will list all invoices for a
Specified Pack level/Brand level/Brand-Pack level
combination created between the specified time
period.
