* Lotus Script Language.

Developed software for Gillette India Limited, Gurgaon. This project will make the Purchase Process & Material Process automated through the Lotus Notes customized application software.

Workflow System for Purchase Indent Request (PIR)

* Generation of Purchase Indent Request as per Department (Department Automatically Accessed from Server).

* Sending PIR form to head of the department for authorization. (Automatically as per the indenters department through email).

* Then send to different persons as per the different cases. (Automatically decided).

* Auto response to originator as the authorized PIR reaches Purchase department through email.

Workflow System For Material Indent Note (MIN).

* Generation of Material Indent Note.

* Authorization request sent to the Authorizer's.

* Decision sent to concerned parties (Material /Purchase/Vendor)

* Delivery of request for Quotation to the vendor from the system (Fax/Email)

* Delivery of Purchase Order to the vendor (Fax/Mail) and Department.

Interfaces

* To make Workflow flexible, some Interface's are provided to the Administrator to change the flow of mail of PIR and MIN. If some authorizer is not there then flow can be shifted to some one else as per the requirement.

Description: HRD, a client based project, designed to provide a comprehensive workflow system for servicing various user queries related to salary, leaves, tax, medicals, others, etc. Easy navigation facility is provided to enable users to view the status of their queries by entering the complaint id and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) according to the selected options. The system also provides HR head to assign/reassign the user queries to the respective HR person and to monitor the performance in terms of servicing time per query.
