Objective
As a physiotherapist, my objective is to honor the hypocratical oath, to place my patients well being first and offer my very best to my subordinates and superiors.
Qualification
1997 – 2002: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (4.5 yrs course) from Sri RamaKrishna Institute of Paramedical Sciences and affiliated to the MGR Medical University, Chennai.
Clinical Experience
Currently working as Jr. Physiotherapist in the Ganga Hospital Coimbatore.
During the Internship period, I gained experience in various departments at the RamaKrishna Hospital and Coimbatore Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation centre. Details are given below.
Coimbatore Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation center
During the period, I guided those affected by cerebral palsy, spina bifida, Muscle dystrophy and Kyphoscoliosis.
Neuro Department
During the period, I gained general experience in treating those with head injury, spinal cord injury, parkinsonism, stroke, lumbar disc prolapse and cerebellar ataxia.
Medical Department/ Neuro Surgical Department
During the period, I gained experience in treating those with low back pains, cervical spondylosis, osteoarthritis, lumbar spondylosis, stroke, spinal cord injury and Bell’s palsy.
Pulmonology Department
During the period, I gained experience in treating those affected by bronchial asthma, lung abscess, pulmonary tuberculosis and allergic bronchitis.
Orthopaedics/ Geriatrics/ Paediatrics Department
During the period, I gained experience in treating those affected by fractures of upper and lower limbs and amputation.
Intensive Care Unit/ Coronary Care Unit/ Cardio thoracic Unit
During the period, I gained experience in treating those affected by head injury, generalized debility, open and closed heart surgeries.

Projects Done
Modality of treatment for the Sciatica patients
The objective of this project was to identify the best modality of treatment for the sciatica affected patients. For this a comparative study of Short-wave Diathermy and Interferential Therapy was done.
