• Gassifier (Gassification Process) operates at high temp. (1400deg C) & pressure (100 bar), used to separate CO & H2 from Crude gas & Oxygen under partial reaction by means of valves sequence and various monitoring instrumentation.
• Distillation Process to separate Nitrogen & Hydrogen at 190 Deg.C.
• Waste Heat Boilers, Three element control system for BFW flow, Boiler level & Steam flow.
• Tail gas superheated to generate HP superheated steam of 90 bar pressure & 510 Deg.C temperature from Saturated Steam. Temperature control & safety logic are prime important.
