a) Current employment, GSFC – SIKKA UNIT – MOTIKHAVADI, D: JAMNAGAR, AUGUST 1988 to till date

Joined GSFC as Instrument Engineer in the position of Instrument Dept. Head.
At present working as a Senior Manager – Instrument & Electric from last one year.

DAP Fertilizer manufacture with NH3 storage, unloading Jetty & Bagging plant.

Responsibilities

· Day to day maintenance of Instrumentation – discrete as well as PC – PLC type.

· Selection - Review & preparing Purchase Order Specifications for any modifications – revamping activity.
· Project related activity starting from initial selection, Review, communicating with consultants for Instrumentation jobs etc. – worked for Continous Polycondensation & Nylon recovery project Instrumentation selection.
· Experience on selection work of DCS System & Detail study done for MOD-30 / EXACT-761 Single loop controllers. Finally Selected EXACT-761 Single loop Controllers & YAKOGAWA MICRO-XL DCS for Continuous Poly condensation plant.

· Experience on Siemen's Make Inverters & Different D.C. drives used in Extruders / Spinning / Texturizing & Twisting plants.

d) Worked with M/s Davy Powergas India Pvt. ltd. as a SITE ENGINEER -INSTRUMENTATION.

· Also got involved with the installation of Instrumentation of GPL – Baroda project at site after completing project work

· Installation, loop checking, verifying BOM, approving the installation etc for continuos polymerization plant.
