Prepares travel/hotel arrangement for Project Manager, Business Administrator, Senior Project Engineers, Project Engineers, etc., whenever they go on business assignment.

Participates in the preparation of daily work programs for all requirements for plant shutdown; includes support service requirements and maintaining records of work activities. Follows up on the execution of shutdown schedules, coordinating as necessary with Project Management Team (PMT), Operations and Engineering Supervisors.

Assists with preparation of technical management presentations using MS PowerPoint.

Assists in compilation of various project and divisional reports.

Relieves the Timekeeper/Training Coordinator on his duties during his vacation.

Assist in the preparation of the annual salary plan of all the employees in the organization.

Operates a word processor, transcribe information from handwritten drafts. Ensures output is accurate and within time schedule.

Assists in preparation of routine planning and programs reports.

Creates and maintain filing system, records and indices, including confidential matters. Keeps reference files and manuals of policy and procedures up to date.

Maintains a follow up file for reminding supervisor of dates reports are due, pending correspondence, etc.

Monitors time cards, assuring adherence to comply with policy.
