More than 16 years’ experience in the field of Quality Management Systems, Quality Control and Inspections with expertise in seafood handling and processing. This includes bacteriological analysis of marine products as well as in HACCP & QM programs and GMP Inspections. I also have sound knowledge of sensory evaluation of seafood quality. I am involved in preparation of Saudi Standards for fish and fishery products and conducting training programs. I possess effective communication and report writing skills towards the excellent execution of quality management.

• Monitor, inspect and/ or evaluate all incoming raw material for wholesomeness and company acceptability.
• Evaluate all phases of processing for product quality, sanitation,
recovery, and adherence to specifications.
• Implementation of Quality System and HACCP concept
• Interface with food regulatory agencies (SASO) and buyers.
• Conducts training programs for newly recruited employees
in seafood handling and preservation, personal hygiene and food
poisoning, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and sanitation

the sanitary condition of the premises and equipment,
c) To check whether the cooling equipment is functioning
effectively to maintain the appropriate temperature constantly.
