4. Client Support Engineer (Pre-sales and Post-sales technical support)
5. Project Engineer

Consulting Engineers will have sales and consulting responsibilities. You must have at least 3 years of sales consulting experience with very strong domain and technical knowledge in ERP/SCM, CRM/CCM, KM/e-Learning model and solutions. The preferred candidate should possess at least a degree from a recognized university. Those with added technical certification or qualification will have an advantage.

Client Support Engineers will have pre-sales and post-sales client support responsibilities (which will include technical presentation, demonstration, implementation and monitoring). You must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry. The preferred candidate should possess at least a technical/technology diploma from a recognized institute. Those with added technical certification or qualification from Microsoft, SAP, Siebel, Oracle, SUN, etc. will have an advantage.

Project Engineer will have project management responsibilities that covers the whole project cycles from specification to implementation and monitoring stage. You must have at least 3 years of software/solutions project management experience in the IT industry. The preferred candidate should possess at least a technical/technology diploma from a recognized institute. Those with added technical certification or qualification from Microsoft, SAP, Siebel, Oracle, SUN, etc. will have an advantage.
