Requirements:-

Possess a Degree in Accounting /Professional qualification recognized by MIA.
At least 5 years working experience preferably in a property development company.
Independent, result-oriented, strong analytical skills, computer literate and effective communication skills are definitely an advantage.

The successful candidate will report to the Chief Accountant and will be responsible for the total functions in financial and accounting. This include preparation of budget and cash flow management, timely and accurate finalization of financial reports, consolidation of accounts, liaison with auditors, lawyer and bankers.
