Requirements :
Reporting to the Manager, Service Management Projects, ITG division, the incumbent must have the following skills, qualifications and experience :
1) Advance Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
2) Singaporeans or Singapore PR (preferably Mandarin speaking)
3) 2 to 3 years of experience in implementation of integrated service business systems (SAP and Siebel)
4) Knowledge/Training in integrated service business systems will be preferred
5) Experience in business processes (especially working with users in a support role)
6) Good communication and inter-personal skills
7) Team player and independent worker
Responsibilities :
1) Assist in the implementation of the Service Management Systems for the company and its subsidiaries
2) Participate in the whiteboard conceptual sessions, configuring the system to meet the country specific needs
3) Provide user training, assist in data collection and conversion
4) Maintain, support and improve business processes and procedures
5) Maintain close rapport with the technical support team
6) Liaise with external consultants
