Responsibilities :
- To do a 1st level troubleshooting on all computer related issues inclusive of software, hardware and network

Requirements :
- Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Networking knowledge e.g. TCP/IP, cabling, switches
- Knowledge and experience in supporting Windows NT, Windows 2000, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes will be advantageous
- Experience in Shoopfloor environment will be advantageous
- The applicants must be willing to work in shift
