Post A – Project Managers (E-commerce)

You will lead a team of internet developers in supporting existing and new enterprise Internet (E-commerce) systems.

Key Responsibilities :
 Handle project management of e-commerce initiatives/alliances in a cross functional team.
 Define project requirements, timelines and deliverables.
 Work with internal and external agencies in the delivery of project objectives.

Requirements :
 A good Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or its equivalent.
 Minimum of 2 years' working experience in the e-commerce industry with good understanding of J2EE, UML and other new technologies. OO project experience is beneficial.
 Excellent project management and analytical skills.
 Highly-energetic with excellent team working skills.
 Internet savvy.

Post B – Project Manager (Mainframe)

You will lead a team of software developers in supporting existing and new applications running off the IBM Mainframe platform. You will be responsible for the planning, designing, implementation and maintenance of CICS and its related management software in the OS/390 environment.

Requirements:
 A recognised Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or its equivalent
 Working experience on Mainframe Systems (MVS or OS/390, Cobol, CICS, DB2 and/or VSAM) and proficient in Assembler.
 At least 3 – 5 years of project management experience (enterprise systems).
 Strong Team leadership skills.


Post C – CRM Application Configuration Manager

You will be involved in the development and implementation of CRM specific applications (i.e. Siebel) to support the business requirements as defined by the Business Design Team.

Key Responsibilities:
 Establishing a detailed CRM Strategy that identifies required technology components, changes to existing internal business processes and associated human resource performance.
 Execute the Customer Relationship Management both locally and regionally
 Development of the CRM application, and implementation of the functional components.
 Research and recommend changes to the CRM Business Architecture in response to changes in technology developments
 Be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of:
 CRM Application Architecture
 Configuration of CRM Application
 Version Control
 Provision of the Technical support during SIT and UAT for each release

Requirements:
 Extensive application development experience, preferably with some package implementation knowledge.
 Strong Team leadership skills.
 Experience in testing or test support.
 Knowledge of configuration and release management.
 Knowledge or experience in Siebel is desirable.
