Experience is Business to Business selling, preferably in IT solutions product, productivity improvement services, system integration software, etc. Those with strong selling/business development experience but not in IT-related industry (but have interest in IT products/service) will also be seriously considered.

This is a senior position reporting directly to the CEO of the company. Successful candidate can expect a great career development opportunity.

People management skill is essential (experience in managing knowledge workers will be a plus point).

You must be a balance person, capable of dealing issues across the organisation, with professionalism and maturity. Must be practical and down-to-earth.

A basic degree or diploma (in IT or Business) is preferred. Those without degree/diploma but are well exposed in top class organisations will also be considered.
