Installation Manager
R : Manage all activities within the Installation Department. Time and resource schedules for all activities within the department, secure personnel resources, Lead and distribute work tasks between the Installation Team Leaders and administrative personnel.
Q : Technical school degree and well proven experience within relevant field. Leadership skill and ability to co-operate.

Installation Engineering Manager
R : Manage all actives within the Installation Engineering Department. Time and resource schedules for all activities within the department, secure personnel resources, Lead and distribute work tasks between the Installation Engineering Team Leaders.
Q : Technical school degree and well proven experience within relevant field.

Test Manager
R : Manage all activities within the Test Section. Specialist knowledge in BTS Test Procedures and relevant instruments. Time-ad resources schedule for all activities within the section Lead and distribute work tasks between the Test Co-ordinations and administrative personal
Q : Technical school degree and well proven experience within relevant field

Installation Coordinator
R : You shall monitor and co-ordination the work within Radio Site Installation according to given process applicable documents. The responsibilities include e.g. Co-ordination of Radio Site Installations. Assist as professional Instructor in Installation technique
Q : Technical high school or well-proven experience in relevant field. Posses valid and clean driving license.

Installation Supervisor
R : The responsibilities include e.g. Co-ordinate and manage installation personnel and material during the installation phase and take responsibility for the installation process. Participating in Radio Site Inspection. Ensuring that design, material, power and other necessary resources are readily available prior to work.
Q : Technical high school degree or well proven experience within relevant field. Documented experience from several years of mobile telephone system installation. Physical requirements, working at heights.

Transmission Test Engineer
R : You shall in this position e.g. Carry out all activities regarding TRM, sometimes together with our customer. Organise and perform the tests according to methods, quality and safety standards. Take part in the installation of new TRM equipment.
Q : Technical high school or well proven experience in relevant field. Minimum 1 year of experience of TRM Installation and test. Ability to handle Ericsson Mini Link. Ability to handle test equipment and software. Physical requirements, working at high heights

Engineering Coordinator
R : Monitor and co-ordinate the work within Radio Site Installation Engineering according to given process and Rules and Methods for Installation Engineering
Q : University degree or well proven experience within relevant field.

CAD Engineering
R : Perform Radio Site Installation Drawings according to given processes, methods and rules. E.g. Preparation and carrying out drawings in AutoCAD
Q : Technical high school or well proven experience in relevant field

Installation Engineer
R : Produce and supervise production of engineering documents to be used in the project. Perform Radio Site Engineering according to given process methods and rules.
Q : Technical high school or well proven experience in relevant field. Physical requirements, working at high heights.

Test Engineer
R : Carry out all activities regarding BTS, sometimes together with our customer. Organise and perform the tests according to methods, quality and safety standards. Take part in the installation of new RBS equipment.
Q : Technical high school or well proven experience in the relevant field. Minimum 1 year of experience of BTS Test. Ability to handle test equipment and software. Physical requirements, working at high heights.
