speaking countries (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).

Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

Education required:
-Bachelor's Degree/ Masters in Computer Science
(equiv. Education will be considered)
-Excellent knowledge of the German language (The successful
candidate candidate will have an every day communication with the
client relating to the services and support that we provide)
Age: Preferably between 25-30 years old.
Professional Experience: 2-3 years Technical/ Software experience
on BAAN (ERP System)
Computer skills:
-Knowledge of Unix: System Administration, Shell Scripts
- Knowledge of Relational Databases: Oracle and SQL
- Programming skills: - Methodology, Shell, Awk, Perl
- Java programming (an advantage)
Main strenghts:
- Strong Planning, organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written
communication skills
- Ability to work as part of project team
- Customer focused

Main duties and responsabilities:

Remote Operating and Support of medium sized computing
centers in German speaking countries.
- Classification and set-up of reaction procedures to system,
database and application errors
- Development, set-up and usage of diverse monitoring tools for:

- Disk capacity
- Database capacity
- System Performance
- Licence usage
- Error logs

- Set-up and monitoring of a stable backup process
- Conception and usage of a comprehensive knowledge sharing scheme
- Provide technical direction, guidance and support to customers
regarding applications by performing activities such as software installations,
systems testing, troubleshooting, perform system upgrades, as required,
to stay current on the latest versions. Conceives and implements technical
system configurations and specifications.
- Deliver technical training to clients to enable them to administer and support
the application.
- Apply the highest level technical skill and expertise to complex projects
and problems.
- Provide project Management and technical services for multiple clients,
by managing work schedules and time effectively. To address client needs
and keep implementation on track.

Location: Cyprus, Nicosia.
- Willingness to travel (minimum once every quarter)
Salaries:
Great opportunity to earn high salaries: 100,000 DM/year.
