20 room lodge at Lake Rotoiti, Rotorua, NZ. Fine dining restaurant for guests and some casual diners. Must be prepared to be part of the very small team "family" and help in areas other than the kitchen in off-peak season. Very good food presentation required, ability to make own sauces, stocks, do menu planning and all other chef things. Ability to work alone and responsible nature is necessary.
