1. To manage all secretarial and administration functions in an office of approx 10 people.
2. Familiar with a consultancy/project office environment and capable of managing all office operating systems.
3. Experience in operating a network or server based computer system would be benificial.
4. Work involves filing and photocopying through to preparing computer based reports and presentations.

Sex : Male or Female.
Age : Above 25 years, with at least 5 years working experience.
Race : Preferably Bumiputra.
Qualifications : Minimum is diploma in secretaryship.
Computer Literacy : MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project, E-mial and internet.
Language : Good command of English.
