Job Responsibilities:
Manage the activities of a team of System Support engineers and consultants to deliver level 2 post-sales support of hardware and software;
Conduct regular reviews and audits on our service providers;
Responsible for managing the overall business and channels functions of Service products and channel support program in assigned territory;
Accountable for financial performance, customer satisfaction, and management of business strategy/programs, traditional service programs and marketing programs for assigned territory and revenue quota;
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering;
At least 8 years of experience in the systems engineering/technical/consultancy;
Excellent business management, negotiation and decision making skills;
Good oral and written communications as well as presentation skills are highly essential;
Possess drive and initiative with the ability to thrive under pressure;
Strong knowledge in Unix, esp. in Solaris with programming in C, C++, Java
Good understanding of TCP/IP and PC-LAN networking
Able to interact well with people at all levels
