Job Scope:
To provide application support in communications to existing customers.
To be involved in pre-sales activities.
Responsible for full product knowledge in all applications capabilities, implementation and administration.
Requirements:
Experience in implementing an supporting communication-based applications with telecommunication companies in a professional consulting practice, eg systems integration, debugging and fixes, as well as network-based implementation.
Training:
6 - 8 months of training based in Latin American
RM130,000 p.a. (13 months payment)
