We have been retained by one of our blue chip client, one of the best known global MNCs in the Palm Oil Industry. They currently need senior two operations professionals as Production Controllers from the palm oil industry for their various estates in Indonesia. The mills have installed capacity of 60tph each.

The selected incumbent will oversee the operations of minimum 3 mills.

Ideal candidates should be Engineering graduates with a minimum of 15 years of experience in palm oil processing. They should have strong skills in management of oil mills of similar capacities, including production control, productivity and efficiency levels, maintenance, costing and cost control, planning and budgeting, recruitment and training. Exposure to accounting and administration functions will be desirable. Candidates with good track records in enhancement of plant productivity and cost control will be preferred. They should be technically strong and must strive for constant improvements in quality and efficiency levels in the mills under their charge.
