Requirements :
1) A Degree in Computer Science, IT or communications engineering or related field with a total of at least 8 years of relevant IT working experience. Candidates with more years of experience will be hired at a more senior level.
a) At least 3-4 years of relevant experience on IT Security (Systems and Network Security).
b) At least 3-4 years of Security Administration experience in one or more of the following platforms: - IBM AS/400, Unix (SUN Solaris), Microsoft Windows NT 4.0/2000, Mainframe
c) At least 4-5 years experience in Managing large-scale Systems/Network infrastructure projects.
d) Extensive experience in TCP/IP, IT Security arena and Telecommunication Networks.

2) Must have good hands-on knowledge like installation, implementation and security administration experience in one or more of the following platforms: - IBM AS/400, Unix (SUN Solaris), Microsoft Windows NT 4.0/2000, IBM Mainframe, Database (Oracle, MS SQL) and Lotus Notes.

3) Must have good knowledge in managing projects related to at least in one or more of the following platforms: - IBM AS/400, Unix (SUN Solaris), Microsoft Windows NT 4.0/2000, IBM Mainframe, Database (Oracle, MS SQL) and Lotus Notes.

4) Must have extensive knowledge in security products like firewall, VPN, IDS, LDAP, PKI, SSO.
Must have experience in working and dealing with vendors and country Telco’s like SingTel, StarHub, NTT

5) Must have good written skills in documentation of the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan, and other relevant business documents that needed to present to upper management.

6) Excellent inter-personal and communication skills

Job Duties:
1) Project Management - Lead and manage the resources of multiple internal organizations and external equipment and service providers for the successful implementation of customer network solutions.
2) People Management - Lead a team of systems engineer and junior security officers in the SCD (Security Compliance Department in the organization.
3) Client Management - Work closely with other team members & client in schedule development, presentation, and execution. To establish partnering relationship with the client and oversee resolution of all project related issues and escalation.
4) Vendor Management - Represent the company in negotiations with third party vendors and subcontractors and coordinate vendor activities to ensure successful project implementation.
5) Technical Support - Provide technical support to customers and sales channels and global/regional bids and proposals. Ensure the solution and proposal addresses customer technical need and requirements.
6) Opportunity Identification - Identify opportunities in conjunction with sales channel teams.
7) Process Development and Improvement - Identify and act upon improvement areas for global/regional Network and Security implementation.
8) Business and Technical Documentations - To provide excellent business documentations/proposals for upper management reviews and approvals.
