A) Temporary IT Executives (4-6 weeks)

We are looking for suitable candidates to for a short-term project (up to 6 months). 8) Available by 1st September 2003.

Job Duties:
1) To carry out IT inventory checks (software and hardware) and update the inventory list.
2) To check the anti-virus software version and update the virus definition file if necessary.

B) Part-time IT Operations Executive (long term)

We are also looking for suitable candidates to work on a long-term basis based on part-time schedule. This position is suitable for those taking part-time IT courses or is available at least 3 to 4 days a week (including weekends).

1) To monitor Security intrusions (on Web servers, Firewall, WAN) and office power supply to ensure high systems availability. To take counter measures on intrusions if any and alert the respective officer on such events immediately.
2) To facilitate end-user IT support requirements (by channeling the call to the respective IT support personnel on standby duty).
