Our major client has immediate openings for the above positions. These positions are desk-bounded and non-technical positions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To handle high volume calls from customers, mainly fault reporting.
2. To perform logging in of trouble ticket using CRM systems.
3. To compile report summarization during month end, last about a week.
4. To coordinate engineer dispatch with different countries.
5. To dispatch trouble tickets to first and second level engineer.
6. To handle documentations like agreements, contracts and other reports.
7. To perform Intranet HTML update when required
8. To perform administrative duties if required.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma in IT or A level with at least 1 years working experiences in similar field.
2. To be able to take high volume of calls (80% of the time on phone) and able to multitask.
3. Must possess good telephony skills, good communication skills and good spoken English.
4. Must be comfortable talking to people at all levels.
5. Customer oriented, a Team Player, a fast learner and serious with work.
6. Computer knowledge in using Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
7. Web knowledge like HTML, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft Frontpage
