Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
(1) Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
(2) At least 4 years working experience in IT industry, preferably from Banking Sector.
(3) Extensive knowledge in Windows NT 4.0/2000 Advance Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP.
(4) Good understanding and experience on Internet Banking and in Verisign applications.
(5) Good hands-on experience in Systems installation, configuration and maintenance of at least one of the following systems like IIS servers. Citrix Servers, SMS Servers, Terminal Servers or SNA Servers.
(6) Must be able to program in Windows Scripting Host (WSH), Visual Basic and Java.
(7) Have strong tasks and time management skills.
(8) Resourceful team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills
(9) Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
(10) Practical problem solving skills and good troubleshooting skills in a timely manner Be able to work well with other people in a team oriented environment
(11) Desire to learn new things and ability to train end users
(12) Must be well organized with excellent documentation skills
(13) An MCSE/MCP certification would be desirable

Job Duties:
This is a 7 by 24 hours support role. The NT Administrator is required to install, configures as well as trouble-shoot in Windows NT/2000 Server Operating Systems. Capable of handling users accounts and distributed security in Windows NT/2000 Active Directory environment. Should have sufficient knowledge in Internet Banking and Verisign applications. Able to perform capacity planning, design and implementation of new server requirements, or server reduction initiatives.
