Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate diploma in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
· 12-15 Years experience in engineering design of Cryogenic/Low Temperature Tanks, Spheres and Pressure-vessels

Person must have the following competencies:
· A team player and possess good communication skills.
· Hands on experience in the mechanical design of atmospheric Pressure tanks & vessels
· Well versed in international design codes and standards such as API 650, 620, BS 7777, ASME Sect.VIII, Div I & II. and NFPA
· Experience in usage of software for arriving at optimum design solutions.
· Should be able to design cryogenic tanks, low- temperature tanks, spheres, large pressure-vessels and their fire protection requirements etc.
· Prepare mechanical datasheets and drawings, Bill of quantities, specifications for tankage and its complete accessories.
· Carry out Stress analysis for nozzles, structures.
· Supervise / Lead a team of designers and draftsmen.
· Coordinate with other disciplines for the timely completion of project design requirements.
· Provide technical expertise to the fabricators and erectors.
