Our Client, a prominent global company located in Penang, is calling for talents with special language capability to join their newly start-up call center operations. These are new positions.

1. QUOTATION COORDINATORS - 100 POSITIONS !!

Position : Quotation Coordinators (100 positions)
Type of company : Global Company, Bayan Lepas, Penang
Salary : RM1,800 to RM 3,000 + benefits
Number of Positions : 100

Incumbent with direct experience in call center and sales operation will be a strong advantage.
Note : SHIFT WORK is mandatory as the jobs require to support the global sales operation.

Priority will be given to incumbents with SPECIAL LANGUAGE capabilities.
Languages needed : Japanese, Korean, Spanish, German, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Benelux, Portuguese or French

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Respond to customer's request for quote on a timely basis
Ensure pricing and discounts are accurate in formal quotation
Generate formal quote in accordance with applicable Corporate Sales and Marketing Policy
Be updated on sales, marketing and promotion program and administer these accordingly
Respond to customer query on price, discount and
availability
Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with FE, management, business and cross-functional teams to resolve quote related issues. Follow-up on outstanding quote issues, and take ownership for customer satisfaction in assigned area.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
1-3 years of relevant experience (nice to have)
Process oriented, good planning & co-ordination skills
Teamwork, flexibility, initiative
Accuracy and attention to work qualityPC proficientAble to speak Japanese, Korean, Spanish, German, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, Benelux, Portuguese or French
