HelpDesk / End-user support Executives - Experience supporting desktop computer or LAN problems. Lotus Notes experience will be beneficial. Customer oriented and good communication skills.

IT Technician / PC support Executives - Experience in trouble shooting computer problems including standard software and MS Win NT, Win2K Pro and/or Novell network. Experience in Lotus Notes or MS Exchange will be beneficial.

Systems / Network Administrators - Experience in administering MS NT Server, Win2K and Adv Servers and/or Novell Netware Servers. Experience in MS Exchange, Lotus Notes, Firewalls, Switches and Routers are useful. CNA, MCP, MCSE, CLP and CCNA are beneficial. Able to provide 1st and 2nd level support.

Systems Engineers - Experience installing and supporting Server & Desktop Hardware, MS Win 9x, Win 2K Pro, Win NT / 2K Advance Servers and/or NetWare in an Enterprise or Regional environment. Unix experience will be beneficial. Experience on Citrix, Legato, SMS, Veritas, MS Exchange 5.5/2000/Lotus Notes Server. Experience installing and configuring Compaq/HP, IBM and/or Dell Desktops and Servers (especially on RAID and Clustering). Able to install and configure LAN equipment (Network PCs, Printers, etc). Experience on Routers, Switches, Hubs and Structured cabling, IIS, Firewall or SAN will be beneficial. CSE, MCSE (2000) and/or CCNP preferred.

Network Engineers - Experience in trouble-shooting and implementing MS NT, Novell Netware and/or Unix Servers. Experience in setting up Mail servers, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and network management systems. Able to install high-end servers. CNE, MCSE (2000), CLP, CCNP or CCDP are beneficial. Enterprise LAN/WAN experience.

Senior Network Engineer - Experience in implementing and supporting Enterprise LAN/WAN. Able to lead a team of Systems/Network Engineers. Customer oriented. Major Japanese Vendor environment.

Systems Security Professionals - Experience implementing and supporting Win NT /2K Advance Server, Novell Netware, OS/400, Unix, VAX/VMS and/or Mainframe Security framework. Experience in supporting industry standard Security products such as BMC Patrol, PKI Technologies, ISS RealSecure Intrusion Detection System, Baltimore UniCERT, Aphelion LDAP, CheckPoint, Gauntlet and RadGuard Firewalls. CISA or CISSP certification will be beneficial. OS hardening experience.

Network Security Professionals - Experience in implementing and supporting industry standard Security products such as BMC Patrol, PKI Technologies, ISS RealSecure Intrusion Detection System, Baltimore UniCERT, Aphelion LDAP, SureWare Keyper Pro Hardware Security Module (“HSM”); Gemplus smart tokens/cards, WatchGuard, CheckPoint, Gauntlet and RadGuard Firewalls. CISA or CISSP certification will be beneficial. OS hardening experience will be beneficial.

AS/400 Technical Support Professional - Experience in administering and supporting Enterprise AS/400 Systems. Experience in MS Win NT and/or Novell Netware Systems.

Senior Lotus Notes Administrator - Experience in administering and trouble-shooting Enterprise Lotus Domino Servers (Rel 5). Able do some scripting. CLP or CLS are beneficial. Experience in MS Win NT or Novell Netware environment.

Unix / Senior Unix Administrator - Experience in Enterprise IBM AIX (preferably SPII systems), HP-UX and/or Sun Solaris systems. Able to perform capacity planning and performance tuning. Able to do scripting (Korne, Bourne or Unix).

Data-communication cum Network Administrator - Experience in implementing and supporting Enterprise Data-communication network. Modem pools, Multiplexers, Routers and Switches. Experience in Windows NT and/or Novell Netware Systems.
