i) Handle customer enquiries
ii) Process orders received from customers in a timely manner
iii) Liase with distribution on customers’ delivery requirements
iv) Communicate with customers on delivery schedule
v) Assist the Product Manager & Sales Executive(s) to follow up with customers on our products and services rendered
vi) Prepare sales analysis on a periodic basis and sales data as and when required
vii) Assist in the collection of due payment from customers
viii) Preparation of Price Quotations

Minimum SPM qualification with strong communication & interpersonal skills. Outgoing personality & computer literacy are essential.
