Main Objectives:
To provide administrative support to the Sales Department, and to assist with sales enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process sales orders received by telephone, fax, e-mail or post, ensuring that all orders are processed on the day of receipt.
• Deal promptly and efficiently with any queries relating to orders.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding the progress of their orders.
• Prepare Purchase Orders as directed by Sales Manager.
• Deal with suppliers in respect of matters arising from purchase orders.
• Undertake the duties relating to batch sales invoice processing.
• Prepare sales reports as directed by Sales Manager.
• Assist the sales Team in following up / qualifying sales leads.
• Deal with sales enquiries from non-managed accounts.
• Assist the Sales Account Managers with sales enquiries.
• Assist with or undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
• Liaise with shipping vendors on shipment terms and status.
• Liaise with counterparts in Taiwan and Singapore for sales coordination and sales related issues.
• Handling administration job task
Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Management/ Sales/ Marketing.
• Communication skills- Manderin, Bahasa and English.
• Computer skills- Excel, Words and e-Mail applications.
• Personality: Organized, matured, professional, pleasant, dynamic and creative at solving problems.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Patience, tactful and fast- learner.
• At least 1 or 2 years working experience .
