Job Requirements :

Diploma in IT or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
Experience in providing IT support to user in terms of PC Hardware and Software or Applications. Networking exposure is necessary.
Experience in providing IT telephony support to end-users.
Good communication, inter-personal and administration skills.
Customer oriented and able to engage with users.
Must be a Team player, as well as, able to work independently.
Looking for career growth within the organization.
Those who can speak good Japanese or Thai language (in addition to English) will be most welcomed.

Job duties :
1. To provide first & second level telephony support to users on IT-related problems. (E.g., Laptops, PCs, Printers, Scanners, Plotters and Network Connectivity issue.)
2. To provide hands-on support (at Service Desk area) to the user when the remote management tools and phone support cannot resolve the issue.
3. To manage site inventory of assets on user terminals. (E.g., Hardware, Software licenses.)
4. To monitor application software, operating systems, hardware and network, and pro-actively informing users regarding the service up-time, availability, recovery and performance.
5. To perform logging of requests, providing statistics and assisting with monitoring user satisfaction.
6. To install and change control of user terminals, defined software for Laptops and PCs, and other user devices like Printers, Scanners or communications devices)
7. To provide a local service point to users where they can obtain immediate service (eg.). Log the request and ensure that the standby laptop or PC is available.
8. To participate and assist in new project implementations.
