Very urgent Requirements for Oman : General Manager & Manager ( Switch Gear Production.)

(1) General Manager (Profit Centre Head)

Salary : RO 1000 to 1300 plus furnished accommodation + Company car and
normal
gulf benefits ( Medical , annual passage for self and family.)
Qualification : B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical) , M.B.A. preferred.
Experience : At least 15 years experience, with a profit center responsibility of
at least 5 years.
The incumbent must have a strong technical background with sound general
management experience. He must be strong on the technical front to be able to
conceptualize and supervise the generation of cost effective bids for
projects and also supervise the execution of projects in a timely and cost
efficient manner. He must be familiar with material sourcing in a
qualitative & cost efficient manner. He must be adept at learning new
technologies in his field. His man management must be top class, as this is
a people intensive operation. He has to be a good team player. He must
advise the top management with ways & means of growing the company in a
healthy manner. In the ultimate analysis, his performance would be judged by
the value he will add to the shareholder returns.
While Middle East experience is desirable, it is not essential if the
candidate is good in all other respect.

Profile of the Company's Division

1 Electrical Div
Involved in all types of electrical , fire alarm , telephone , computer and
other services pertaining to Multistoried Commercial & Residential buildings,
Shopping Complexes, Factories, Stadium, Street lighting and area lighting
and maintenance of Electrical systems.

2. Plumbing and Sanitation Div.
Involved in all types pluming, Sanitation, Fire fighting and Multistoried
Commercial & Residential building, Shopping Complex Erection for Factories.

3. Air-conditioning Div.
Involved in all types of air conditioning and ventilation work for building,
canopies and refrigeration works.

4. Transmission Line Div.
Involved in construction of low voltage 11 kV, 33 kV Overhead transmission
lines and underground cables, Construction of distribution Sub-stations,
Primary substation and Power station.

5. Live line Washing Div
Involved in the live line cleaning and Maintenance of overhead transmission
lines.

6. Maintenance Div.
Involved in electrical Electrical, Mechanical and Air condition services.

7. Fabrication Factory
Involved production of Transformers tanks and other metal parts.

(2) Manager for switch gear manufacturing factory.
Salary : RO 700 to 800 plus accommodation and family status + Company car and
normal
gulf benefits.
