QUALITY SYSTEM EXPERIENCE.
· System element planning, documentation ,audit , analysis, and corrective action since my employ at British aerospace were I was involved working in a top secret and a very high technology environment, heavily involved in T.Q.M. and working in self directed work teams which in those days were called the closed unit concept in Europe.Ensuring a high focus on the needs of customers as each unit was the customer.
· While working in Philip’s and Hoover I was involved again while working my way up to senior technical officer heavily involved with European Technology and self directed work teams utilising Quality circles management steering committees and removing the old management hierarchical organisations in to team effective Quality awareness cultures. As well as working as assistant production manager to implement this culture.I was also instrumental in gaining the Australian design award for the companies G.M.P. processes.
· Achieved desktop accreditation to AS3901\ISO9001 at Triton Manufacturing Pty. Ltd.Plus achieving Total Quality Management for the company. Taking the company not only through the recession but to compete in the world markets and do it successfully leading to a dinner thrown on my behalf , presented by the owner of the company in conjunction with the Australian Organisation for Quality.
· Achieved full accreditation to AS3902\ISO9002 in my present position with,Quality Assurance Services.within two months of taking over the system.
· Achieved Standardsmark accreditation to AS2792 in my present position with Quality Assurance Services (Sydney office).
· Achieved up-dated certification of our N.A.T.A. testing laboratory and was made an associate member of N.A.T.A.
· Achieved accreditation on my first audit to the new international standard AS/NZS ISO9002-1994. With Quality Assurance Services.S.A.Q.A.S.and was the first Quality Manager in Australia to achieve this.
· I have also run my own consulting business for the last six years assisting small and large organisations in implementing ISO 9000 certification and am experienced in training and training seminars, plus have gained extensive credibility with the A.O.Q. and S.A.Q.A.S.
