· Engineering graduate.

· 5 years experience in HSE as Manager or Leader in Gas / Oil / EPC Company.

· Experience in Safety, Occupational Health, HSE Policies and Procedures, Environmental Protection, Risk Management, Crisis Management, Accident Investigation, HSE training and competency, HSE assessment and improvement, operation and maintenance, HSE Communication, HSE-in-design and construction and contractor management is essential.
