Salary Range :
· Minimum Base Salary 6510 AED per month.
· General Allowance 1100 AED per month.
· Car Allowance 700 AED per month.

Minimum Requirements:
· Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent.
· Additional qualification in Training & Development or Human Resource Development.
· 8 - 10 years related experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry, with 3 years spent in a supervisory role.
· Computer literate, with knowledge of Windows packages.
· Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
· Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation and advisory skills.
· UAE Driving license.
Scope of Duties:
· To manage the activities of the Retail Training Centre and to plan, design, implement and evaluate all training activities. Duties include determining competencies and skills required for Filling Station, Retail Sales and Sales Executive staff, preparing and administering the Training Centre schedule, participating in the preparation of the annual training plan and budget, supervising the Centre facilities, advising external training providers on Company requirements, and reporting on courses conducted and related statistics. Ensures that the requirements of the Retail Sales Sections are fully met and that training provision is adjusted accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.
· To plan and design training activities required to fulfill the business needs of the Retail Sales Sections, covering Filling Station and Retail Sales staff. Considers related training to cover areas such as customer service, communication, Teamwork, product knowledge, Forecourt and C-Store, technical and non-technical training. Implements identified training using both internal and external training providers, and evaluates training given by studying evaluation sheets, obtaining customer feedback and following up with attendees, to ensure that training has been effective.
· Determines competencies and skill levels required by Filling Station and Retail Sales staff, by undertaking task analysis, in order for positions to be filled effectively. Establishes job and competency profiles for each related post by discussion and review with the employee Development Department Manager, Human Resources Division Manager and the concerned Department, and by referring to documentation such as job descriptions, analysis and profiles.
· Organises and prepares the schedule for all training activities at the Centre and acts as a facilitator for all events to ensure that all runs smoothly. Maintains manual records of all training events conducted at the Centre, logging details such as attendees name, registration number, position, course attended and date, for future reference.
· Participates in the preparation of the Annual Training Plan by considering the number of new staff to join the Company for the coming year and identifying the training required. Recommends the appropriate training to be included in the Plan and provides all supporting data as justification. Prepares recommendations and justification for operating and capital budget provisions, and monitors expenditure to ensure that agreed budget provisions are adhered to at all times,
· Supervises the provision of services and facilities within the Training Centre, required for each course, and ensures that the training rooms are prepared and sufficiently equipped. Maintains the resources held in the Centre and supervises the use of any training equipment and use of the Library, to ensure that all is maintained in good working order and to avoid theft or damage.
· Ensures that all training done at the Centre complies with the Company business strategy and objectives and also complies with the Employee Development Departments' ISO quality standards. Tailors the training provided to ensure compatibility with the, needs of the Retail Sales Sections, for maximum effectiveness, and ensures that the required Health, Safety and Environment training is conducted when required by internal trainers.
· Advises external training organisations and consultants on the specific training needs of staff, and evaluates and reviews the effectiveness of the training provided, both during the courses and afterwards, to ensure the appropriate coverage. Provides guidance to training providers where necessary and recommends corrective action.
· Co-ordinates with the Retail Sales Sections in order to ensure that training given is effective and continues to meet requirements, and to identify training requirements related to the further development of new and existing staff. Reviews and revises policies and work procedures where appropriate.
· Liaises with the Career Development Analyst in the provision of training and development activities for career development programmes for UAE Nationals within Retail Sales, and for the identification of competencies.
· Prepares regular reports on the different training activities conducted in the Centre, for Management review, using manual systems and files. Conducts analytical studies when requested, and prepares related report and statistics. Oversees and approves all correspondence related to the activities of the Training Centre.
· Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by direct Manager, and covers his position when absent.
