Minimum Requirements:

· Maximum age 50 years.

· B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering with 10 years of minimum experience in Reservoir Development OR; B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline (preferably chemical engineering) with 10 years of minimum experience in Facilities / Process Operations (Upstream).

· Minimum experience of 15 years in Oil and Gas Industry, out of which 10 years in well known international oil companies and 3-5 years in the field of Business / Strategic Planning.

· Possessing MBA degree or equivalent is preferable.

· Well versed in computer and related applications / operations.

Scope of Duties:

· The business planner directly reports to the team leader PF.

· The business planner is responsible for delivering the asset business plan and developing a performance management system in the Business Unit. These duties include:

o Prepare and deliver an effective 5-year business plan on time and rollout to management

o Coordinate the efforts of various departments in preparing the business plan

o Develop and maintain a performance management system with continuous monitoring and reporting

o Promote awareness amongst the Business Unit on the activities and corporate plan initiatives

· Play a key role in business planning and coordinating the activities associated with the Business Unit business plan and performance management.

· Prepare and deliver on time the long-term, and 5-Year business plans for the asset in support of the overall corporate Business Plan.

· Prepare presentation and report material for rollout to the management and Corporate meetings, in compliance with Company standards.

· Prepare and deliver on time the One-Year Work Program, handouts and presentation material for Corporate Management rollout.

· Coordinate the efforts of various departments within the Business Unit in achieving this goal.

· Frequent reporting of the business analysis information and data in presentation format material for management review.

· Develop and maintain a performance management system and analysis for various processes in the Business Unit.

· Analyze the various development options based on economic and probabilistic analysis to help management make informed decisions on future investments in the asset.
