Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
 Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
 Extensive knowledge in Windows NT 4.0/2000 Advance Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP.
 Good understanding and experience on Citrix Servers, SMS Servers, IIS Servers, Terminal Servers and SNA Servers.
 Must Able to program in Windows Scripting Host (WSH), Visual Basic and Java.
 Basic understanding of databases.
 Possesses hands-on experience in system installation, configuration and maintenance.
 Have strong tasks and time management skills.
 Resourceful team player with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
 Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
 Practical problem solving skills and good troubleshooting skills in a timely manner a must.
 Be able to work well with other people in a team oriented environment.
 Desire to learn new things and ability to train end users.
 Must be well organized with excellent documentation skills.
 An MCSE/MCP certification in Windows 2000 would be desirable.

Job Duties:
The NT Systems Administrator is required to install, configure, as well as, trouble-shoot in Windows NT/2000 Server Operating Systems. You must be capable of handling users accounts and distributed security in Windows 2000 Active Directory environment. You shall also have sufficient knowledge to perform capacity planning, design and implementation of new server(s) requirements, or server reduction initiatives. You must be well verse in Windows Script Host (WSH), VB / Java programming and experience in Citrix Xp implementation.
