Position 3 : Sr. SQE Engineers ( 2 vac)
Jobtype : Minimum 6 months to 1 year contract
Work Location : BM, Penang
Salary : RM 2,500 to RM 4,500 or Negotiable

SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION :
To work on Service Parts Quality & Process Improvement so as to reduce Dead-on-Arrival Rate, Hub
Screening Failure Rate, 90-Days Repeated Dispatches

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Manage & Drive Improvement on Supplier Repair Yield, OBA, CND & NPF
 Improve Service Parts Processes (ECO process, Purge Process, Shipping Process, Packaging)
 Manage Hub Screening Activities & Drive Improvement on Hub Screening Failure Rate
 Perform Quality Audit on Hub & Drive Improvement on Hub Processes
 Drive Continuous Process Improvement with Repair Supplier, DLP & DSP
 Work with WW team on Process Standardization & BOB Practices

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
 Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Computer Engineering
 Experience in Quality Functions (Supplier, Process or Material Quality )
 Minimum 3 years in High-Volume Electronics Manufacturing Environment
 Able to Work Independently with Minimum Supervision
 Strong Desire to Drive for Metric Improvement

Preferance : Must be a Malaysian
