Job Title : Senior Project Engineer

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE (Middle East) based with frequent site visit to desert sites.

Last Date : ASAP

Salary Range : Salary Negotiable.

Minimum Requirements:

· B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical).

· 9 years diversified experience in oil/gas industry of which 5 years in project engineering and construction management works at senior level.

· Computer literate

· Good communication skills.

· Fluent in English both oral and written.

Scope of Duties:

· Leads and monitors project team ensuring effective implementation of agreed project plan.

· Leads, directs and controls project team and participates in the verifications of bidders list, pre-qualification evaluation and development of tenders/inquiries, selection of engineering consultant, management assistance and Construction Contractor.

· Co-ordinates the development of project cost estimates and schedule.

· Participates in the development of scope of work and implementation strategy for various projects.

· Controls the quality and progress of work performed by licensors, consultants and contractors.

· Assists in identifying bottlenecks and recommendation of corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of each project at optimum cost.

· Assist in adequate co-ordination among in-house and all other parties involved in the projects to ensure quality and progress in the projects.

· Co-ordinates/assists in the preparation of project schedule, cost estimate and budget.
