Job Title : Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE (Middle East) based with frequent site visit to desert sites.

Last Date : ASAP

Salary Range : Salary Negotiable.

Minimum Requirements:

· B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical).

· 8 years QA experience in oil/gas industry, of which at least 5 years in a QA function on large oil & gas projects.

· Computer literate

· Good communication skills.

· Fluent in English both oral and written.

Scope of Duties:

· Participate in vendor/ supplier evaluation and pre-qualification.

· Participate in development of Third Party Inspection (TPI) contracts and strategies for new projects.

· Prepare and develop QA procedures.

· Participate in review of FEED, PMC and EPC Tenders for Quality Management requirements.

· Evaluate FEED, PMC and EPC bids for Quality Management requirements.

· Initiate and supervise TPI involvement, controlling expenditure within an approved budget.

· Interview and selection of PMC and TPI QA/QC personnel.

· Quality Management supervision of Engineer, Vendor and Contractor activities throughout all project phases, by audit, monitoring and document review.

· Attend meetings with Engineers/ Contractors, and recommend to QA Co- ordinator actions to be taken to address Quality concerns.

· Co-ordinate with end users, ensuring requirements for final handover documentation are met.
