Job Title : Operations Standards Engineer

Location : Abu Dhabi, UAE (Middle East)

Salary Range :

· Salary range from US$ 36,000 to US$ 54,000 per annum.

Minimum Requirements:

· Age 45 years (maximum).

· Degree in Engineering preferable.

· Knowledge of international standards in his own field.

· Operations Engineer with minimum 10 years oil and gas experience

· Understanding of Operations business processes.

· Possesses strong analytical skills.

· Fluent in English.

· Ability to present and communicate effectively.

· Computer Literate and HSE aware.

Scope of Duties:

· To support operations by providing coordination in the key processes in Asset Integrity Management - 0PERATIONS and MAINTENANCE (Plant Operating Manuals, Standards, Procedures, KPI’s, reporting, assurance).

· Ensures all processes, procedures and work practices are practical, accurate and fit for purpose.

· Provides technical expertise and coordination of individual projects such as the plant operating manuals revision project.

· Identifies and update / maintains existing work procedures and technical standards codes of practice and specifications in line with other Oil / Gas companies and world class 'best practice'.

· Implements and monitors / controls each projects document control and updating system.

· Carries out review audits of sites activities to deliver formal documentation requirements,

· Assists Line Management in the site implementation of projects.

· Identifies the necessary resources and training required to implement projects within the Business Units to support,

· Works in line with Company HSE Policy, ensures Contractor subordinates are aware of, and comply with HSE procedures, rules and regulations.

· Supports Emiritization in the development of UAE Nationals.

· Develops specific operating procedures as required and identified by Site.

· Set-up the operations knowledge management systems.

· Develop an integrated maintenance system, strategies and processes.
