Job Title : Lead HVAC Engineer

Location : UAE (Middle East)

Salary Range :

· Salary range from US$ 36,000 to US$ 54,000 per annum.

Minimum Requirements:

· Age 45 years (maximum).

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· 8 years experience in Maintenance and Engineering of Utilities Equipment (HVAC in particular).

Scope of Duties:

· Provides efficient, functional and operational support relating to the maintenance of miscellaneous mechanical (insulation and HVAC) equipment to all Company’s sites.

· Provides specialized technical advise and carries out studies aiming at resolving maintenance technical problems and improving equipment integrity.

· Prepares the technical scope for contracts and services relating to the maintenance / repairs of such equipment. Follows-up these contracts / services to ensure proper and timely execution of work.

· Liaises with manufacturers to provide information and in discussions relating to HVAC equipment maintenance / improvement.

· Prepares budgets for work handled within his assignment and assists site(s) in preparing the maintenance budget as and when required.

· Monitors the HVAC equipment performance, carries out studies and issues recommendations aiming at optimizing the maintenance of site equipment.

· Follows-up the modifications and tracks the performance of modified and new HVAC equipment. Prepares the necessary reports / recommendations based on the findings.

· Assists sites in preparing technical specifications for maintenance tools / equipment purchasing and for replacement HVAC equipment / spares as and when required.

· Advises and plans maintenance on hot and cold insulation

· Responsible for advice on seals and positive pressure smoke protection

· Advice and maintenance planning for utilities equipment as required.
